Account details (name, email, phone, role), profile and credential information Workers upload (licenses, certifications, agency or department), Employer and event details, shift history, messages sent through the app, payment and payout information handled by our payment provider, and basic device and usage data.
To run the marketplace: create accounts, verify credentials, match Workers with shifts, process payments and payouts, send notifications, provide support, keep the platform safe and meet legal obligations.
When a Worker claims a shift, the Employer sees the Worker's profile and relevant credentials, and the Worker sees the Employer's event details. We share data with service providers who help us operate (such as hosting, payments and email) and when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
Card and bank details are collected and stored by our payment provider, not by Off Duty.
We keep your information while your account is active and as needed for payments, tax, safety and legal requirements. Credential documents are deleted or archived when no longer needed.
You can update your profile at any time and can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing info@off-duty.online, subject to legal requirements.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
Off Duty is not intended for anyone under 18.
